After a long wait, we are finally near the end of the tunnel for our update. The trip was a long and timely process as many things had moved the progress of this update, as well as we are taking our time to test and QA before release to help prevent as many issues upon release as possible.
WowStead is currently in QA for the update. This is one of the final steps. However, we do not have a confirmed ETA at this time since a lot can change the date. This is the big codebase update we have been waiting on for awhile now (yeah I know understatement). We have been advancing with the progress in QA, and to the point where we have been given the go ahead to let you guys know that it's finally happening.
Some changes you will notice:
tables in posts will be working (background colors)
iframes should be allowed now
read/unread should be fixed now
now with more flying monkeys and honey badgers
a new set up for the Folders & Media, Pages, and Posts
several CSS bug *fixes* with different skins
These are just a few of the many things that will be changing. Please also remember that this is just the codebase update, which is the first step of several that will be going on to get caught up with fixes and feature updates and additions. Follow this we should have more regular updates and fixes.
I will be posting the date this will be released as soon as I receive it.
