The other problem is with the widget. It's showing an upcoming event, but the event is not on the calender.
There is an exact same event on the calender, the only way to get to this event is through the calender selection
and select the event on the calender.
Please be so kind to adress these problems

p.s. is it possible to close an event from subscribing on before the event start e.g. the members can subscribe on an an event but it will close 24 hours before the event is planned
I am not sure why sitting is not showing. It is still noted in the totals. We will look into this.
As for the widget, it appears to be showing the next raid as is noted on your calendar, unless I am missing something.
We do not currently have an option to close sign ups. I will add it to the suggestions. You can, however, set the event to confirmed. That will send can email to all who signed up, but will not send to those who have not, unless they are in the invited participants list.

I believe the devs removed "sitting" from the option to better stream line it as Sitting and wait list was confusing a lot of users as being redundent.
@shankill, if you read it like that it is. But we used it different Waitlist = if 1 does not show up you're the one who is tacking the spot. Sitting = you have to wait this round and will be selected next time.
But as it's confusing for most user of wowstead, there is no other way then to accept this.
Little note: at the top of the events on the calender there is still Sitting Roles, best to remove that line to.

The selection Sitting is not available anymore.
We can select waitlist or confirmed in the raid events on the calender. But Sitting is gone.
