Once that is done the character needs to be claimed and verified ownership. This will grant him adminpermissions. He can then relocate your guilds site or grant someone else admin permissions and they can relocated it.

I see Mutuka on two servers and he seems to be verified on Gurubashi, but I do not see him as GM in the Excalibur roster.
Try going to the Knowledge base and double check that you have followed all the steps correctly.

I've talked it up there, the options for the gm server is not showing me, I can not select. Thereappears the tool options.
But I migrated the guild should have migrated the site before ...
And .. I'm not repeating the options appears as GM ..
