I have created a Wowstead homepage for our guild. But one of out users cant get into the forums cause its standing * Pending Sync *. And when I do sync hes account, it saying the sync is done or summit. But he still getting * Pending Sync * from the Guild Rooster.
Until his character is updated, you can create a custom user group and assign permissions to him temporarily. Once the roster is updated, you can then remove him from the group and/or remove the custom group.
