Cant add my character. i get the error message "you cannot add characters whilst the queue processor is down" or something like that, any suggestions ??
The devs are aware the queue processor is down and are working on it. Sorry for any inconvenience!

I fill out the first form, "Game, Region, Server, Name". After doing so and submitting the page then attempts to load for 2-3 minutes. After which I get redirected to a Chrome crash page stating that I have lost connection to the site.

Shan says the processor is up. what kind of error are you getting?
Please also let us know the character name and realm and provide a link to it on the armory.

I get this same error, My character is Waterballs on EU:Kil'rogg, I use google chrome http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/kilrogg/Waterballs/simple
