UPDATE:
The developers have fixed the issue just a few minutes ago and it appears that there was some changed markup around the pagation. It will take some time for rosters to queue and be updated, but past experience it usually clears within a day or two.
Some good news is is that the API is released. The developers are aware of this and working on a reimplementation. Bad news is that it's going to take some time to replace the current system in place and no current ETA... or as Blizzard says "Soon (TM)".
We are aware of some rosters having large amounts of members being removed from their roster while the members are still active in the guild. We are currently looking into the cause of this.
This may cause:
- Members to be unable to view restricted areas their rank has access to.
- Admins to loose admin permissions if they were guild verified.
- Loss of Guild Verification (suggest verifying your character instead).
Until the rosters are corrected you can use custom groups to allow your members access to the forums, calendar, etc.:

Would suggest making a public forum thread on your site where members who have been removed can post to let you know they are active. This way you will only need to add active members to the Custom group instead of 100s of inactive toons.
Please do not request your roster being updated because at this time it will not correct the issue and could make it worse.
Some individuals can force their character information to updated and get back on the roster and back to accessing forums and stuff:
- Search for your character: http://www.wowstead.com/search?search=
- Click "Sync now"
- Wait for your character to update.
- Wait for the roster to re-cache.
- Verify your character if you were Guild Verified.
